J. Andrew Mauldin
Drew is good for business.
Drew Mauldin works with companies and small businesses across a range of industries, such as medical practices and professional services firms, and routinely provides advice regarding business transactions and labor and employment issues. He also has a significant litigation practice, where he primarily defends employers and governmental entities from employment discrimination, breach of contract, and premises liability claims.
Prior to entering private practice, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Sharion Aycock, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Mississippi.
Drew has also written on legal issues affecting his clients and has published articles regarding a broad range of developing legal issues in Mississippi, such as the employment-at-will doctrine and the enforcement of non-competition agreements. He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Quarterly, a magazine published by the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.
